*The Complete by McDonald Jones $20,000 Cash Back promotion runs from 10:00am 1 November 2025 (AEDT) to 5:00pm 31 December 2025 (AEDT) or until withdrawn by Complete by McDonald Jones (the Promotion Period) and is applicable to SELECTED homes for sale in Elara, Marsden Park and Mount Terry, Albion Park.
Customers are eligible for a $20,000 discount from the final settlement amount if the following conditions are met:
1. A deposit for an eligible selected home is paid within the promotion period;
2. A real property contract for the sale of land (the Contract) is exchanged within 21 days of payment of the deposit and eligibility under this promotion is recorded in the Contract; and
3. The Contract Price matches the advertised price and there is no default under the Contract by the Customer.
The $20,000 will not be deducted from the Contract price and will be paid following Settlement, if eligible. Please speak to your conveyancer for specific details.
