1. Choose your location.

2. Select your new home.

After you've settled on the location, our team will showcase a range of home designs for you to choose from, that we've crafted to suit your needs, lifestyle and budget. With homes available at varying stages; from under construction to move-in ready.

3. Secure your home.

Now that you're happy with your location, and home design, simply pay your deposit and have your solicitor or conveyancer review the contracts. You don't need to make the final payment until your home is completed and ready for you to move in. You don't need to worry about progress payments like you usually would with a standard construction loan.

4. Exchange contracts.

Your solicitor or conveyancer will manage the exchange of contracts for you.

5. Move in.

When construction is complete, we’ll obtain an Occupation Certificate and arrange a final pre-settlement inspection for you. You will then pay the final balance owing on the purchase price. Finally, settlement takes place and you can move into your brand-new home and live life. Complete.

After care and warranty services.

A practical completion inspection is carried out prior to you moving in, followed by a maintenance inspection three months later where you meet your Complete by McDonald Jones Home Care representative. Any subsequent works required after the inspection will be conducted at a mutually agreed time.
